Pawcuria Pets delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. All prices are in GBP.

You pay one delivery charge per order, even if your items arrive in more than one parcel. There is no extra charge for the Scottish Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland.
Delivery times
- Dispatch: within 1–3 working days of your order.
- Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch for most UK addresses.
- Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland: allow up to 7 working days after dispatch.
Most orders arrive within 3–8 working days of ordering, and within 10 working days for the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Who sends your order
Pawcuria Pets is the retailer for every order and your point of contact. Products are dispatched directly to you by our UK-based brand and supplier partners, so an order containing items from different partners may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Tracking
We'll email you when each part of your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the carrier provides them.
Late, missing or damaged deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, or arrives damaged, email support@pawcuria.com with your order number (and photos if anything is damaged). We'll look into it with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
You can cancel most items within 14 days of delivery. Please email us before sending anything back and we'll reply with the correct return address for your item. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
