These Terms apply to purchases from and use of pawcuria.com. The website is operated by Clayton Wason, trading as Pawcuria Pets.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

1. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens, lighting and manufacturing batches. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

2. Pet safety

Follow product descriptions, warnings and instructions. Supervise pets where appropriate, particularly with toys, collars, harnesses, feeding accessories, electrical or rechargeable items and products containing small parts. Stop using damaged or unsafe products.

Website content is not a substitute for veterinary advice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products shown at checkout. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. Unless stated otherwise, acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or expressly accept the order.

4. When we may decline or cancel

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment is declined, fraud is suspected, delivery cannot be made or fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges and other charges payable to us are disclosed before purchase.

6. Delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Products may be fulfilled by third parties and may arrive separately, but Pawcuria Pets remains responsible for its obligations as retailer.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranties and consumer rights

Any manufacturer's or supplier's warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

9. Promotions

Promotions may have stated eligibility conditions, validity periods and exclusions. We may reject fraudulent or abusive use of promotions.

10. Reviews

Reviews and other user content must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person's rights. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.

11. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, original Pawcuria Pets website content, branding and design are owned by or licensed to the legal operator and may be protected by intellectual-property law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.
