This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through pawcuria.com.

1. Processing and fulfilment

Orders are processed after successful payment and any required payment or fraud checks. Processing and dispatch times can vary by product.

Some products are fulfilled by approved supply or fulfilment partners. Products in the same order may therefore be sent separately. Pawcuria Pets remains your point of contact.

2. Delivery destinations

We deliver only to destinations offered during checkout. Availability can vary by product, supplier, country, region and postcode.

3. Delivery charges

Available delivery options and charges are shown before you complete the purchase.

4. Delivery times

Estimated delivery timeframes may be shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation.

For UK consumer orders, unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into, subject to applicable law.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, details will normally be sent to the email address supplied with the order.

6. Multiple parcels

An order containing several products may be split into multiple parcels. You will not be charged extra solely because we choose to split an order unless an additional charge was clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase.

7. Incorrect addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact pawcuria@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error.

8. Delay, loss and damage

If a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and keep you informed. Your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery are not affected.

If a parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact pawcuria@gmail.com with your order number.
