Pawcuria Pets serves customers in the United Kingdom and, where the products in the basket support it, international destinations through supplier-fulfilled Shopify Collective delivery services.
United Kingdom
Products in Pawcuria's General shipping profile are currently available for UK delivery. Standard delivery is £2.99 and is free on qualifying orders from £50. Express delivery is £4.99 and is free on qualifying orders from £70.
UK-plug electrical products are restricted to UK delivery and may have a dedicated UK delivery service shown at checkout.
International orders
International delivery is available for eligible Shopify Collective products to supported destinations. The exact carrier service, price and delivery estimate shown at checkout applies to the products and destination in your order. Availability can differ by product and supplier.
European Union checkout is temporarily unavailable while product-level manufacturer, responsible-person and safety information is being verified for the applicable products. Pawcuria Pets will only enable those destinations when the relevant product information is supportable.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges or similar fees. Where charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before payment. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or local authority by the recipient.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier dispatch times, weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, remote-area delivery, carrier disruption or events outside our reasonable control.
Multiple parcels
Products can be fulfilled by different approved suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking information.
Product and destination restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to every destination because of electrical compatibility, carrier restrictions, supplier limitations or legal and product-compliance requirements. Checkout will only show delivery services currently available for the specific basket and destination.
